The New Horizon Special School is a private institution in Accra, Ghana, West Africa, for. We are a voluntary, non-profit making and charitable institution, legally registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded by Mrs.Salome Francois in 1972, we provide Special Education for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Our academic school designs Individual Education Programs (IEPS) for children aged 5 to 18. Our vocational training program teaches arts and crafts to students over 18 years of age.
