African Mosaic is a joyful February tradition where students from New Horizon and Faith Montessori come together to create, connect, and celebrate inclusion through arts, crafts, drumming, and dance.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT

Our Annual Christmas Pageant is held in mid-December in our amphitheater, where students celebrate the season with a Nativity play, carols, recitations, and dances, alongside food, drink, and good cheer for families and guests.

The generosity of our supporters help make our work possible. Every contribution strengthens our community and supports the growth, care, and opportunities our students deserve.

FUN DAY GAMES

Our Annual Fun Day Games, held each July, celebrate fitness, teamwork, and the incredible spirit of our students. Joined by other special schools, participants enjoy friendly competition where everyone is a winner, and each child proudly receives a medal.

HEALTH DAY

Once each term, we invite reputable medical professionals in Accra to assess our students’ needs, including dental, blood, and ENT care. Parents are encouraged to attend and consult with practitioners for any necessary referrals.

INTERNS & VOLUNTEERS

Our volunteer and intern moments reflect the dedication and impact of individuals who contribute their time and skills to support our students. Through shared learning, hands-on experience, and meaningful connection, they help strengthen our school community while gaining valuable insight and making a lasting difference.

OPEN HOUSE

Our Art Exhibition showcases the creativity and talent of our students through colorful, expressive works. It is a joyful celebration of imagination, confidence, and the unique abilities that shine at New Horizon. 

SCHOOL SHOP

The School Shop offers a selection of items that support our students’ learning and creativity, while also showcasing their talents. It provides a space for the school community to engage, purchase, and contribute to initiatives that benefit our programs and students.

SIBLINGS WORKSHOP

The Annual Siblings Workshop invites siblings and family to spend the morning alongside our students, experiencing their daily routines across classrooms and therapy spaces. In the afternoon, they come together for lunch, a presentation, and a Q&A session, offering a deeper understanding and connection.
