Adinkra Symbols

Adinkra symbols are part of the visual language of the Akan people of Ghana. Each symbol carries a specific idea, value, or principle, and is traditionally used in textiles, art, and communication. At New Horizon Special School, we incorporate Adinkra symbols to reflect the values and principles that guide our work.
